I do not know what to do with my dog anymore. I love him a whole lot, but he is a holy terror. He gets into the trash, makes a mess of my house, and he chews up things. Family and friends have suggested that I should get rid of him; however, I do not want to. It will hurt me too much to do that.
The latest thing that my dog did was that he got into my chess sets, and he chewed up some of my chess pieces. I was really upset because it was a really expensive chess set. I paid a whole lot of money for that.
I am going to be consulting with an animal behavioral specialist to see what I can do about this behavior. I am really hoping that we can work something out to make that dog behave, such as come up with a behavior plan ad some consequences that can be applied for his actions.
