My son Camden loves to accumulate stuff all over his room. And instead of putting everything in its appropriate place when he is finished playing, he just leaves everything on the floor, or on top of his dresser, book shelf, etc. I can no longer stand it! He is a complete slob, and I can’t seem to get through to his that this is not OK. Tomorrow I am taking his out to look for a new toy box for his room. He is a little old for this, but I am hoping that it might help him to keep his room better organized and less cluttered. I think we’ll look for a toy box that has a bench top so that he can use it for seating. Maybe we’ll even add a bench cushion for the top. That might make it less kid-ish. I saw a Red Sox themed toy box online, which I think he may like. Tomorrow we’ll explore our options!
